Pharmacology is a branch of Pharmacy which studies effects of drugs in human body. It includes studying pharmacology of medicines i.e. of raw materials as well as finished preparations. The student has to study the anatomy & physiology of human body, effect of drugs, additives in the anatomy & physiology of human body, which also includes study of toxic effects, adverse drug reactions, and decision regarding dosage of drugs.
